Privacy Policy

Laabhya ("we", "us") operates the Laabhya website and trading terminal. Contact: hello@laabhya.in. Location: Laabhya, Bangalore, India.

• Account data: name, email, and profile image from Google Sign-In
• Usage data: product events, device/browser basics, IP address, and logs needed to run and secure the Service
• Trading workflow data: journals, notes, money-management settings, paper books, and similar features you use inside the terminal
• Broker connection data: session tokens and preferences you choose to store so we can proxy broker APIs on your behalf (Prime / live plans)
• Billing data: subscription status, plan, and payment references from our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications: messages you send via Contact Us or email

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional notices (login alerts, billing, support)
• Comply with law and prevent abuse or fraud

Optional push notifications (for example via ntfy) use a topic derived from your email only if that feature is enabled for your account.

We process data to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and where required by law.

We may share data with:

• Google (authentication)
• Payment gateways (to process fees)
• Hosting, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers
• Brokers you connect (as needed to execute your instructions)
• Authorities when legally required

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and product data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to legal retention needs.

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, server-side secrets). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Update or delete certain data inside the product where available
• Email hello@laabhya.in to request access, correction, or deletion
• Disconnect brokers and revoke Google access at any time

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Servers or vendors may process data outside India. Where we do so, we take steps appropriate for the transfer.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice.
